hi chat here's the first blog post of the new layout. I really dont have much to say at this current moment in time other than im super proud of what i have so far considering the fact that i did all this in the midst of a whole college semester and everything. motivation's a hard thing for me to really keep rolling so the fact that i'm sticking with this site after a couple months is really astonishing to me. Other than that, I went to a concert yesterday (or i guess technically two days ago, it's 2:00 AM as i write this) for the band Bubble Tea and Cigarettes. The venue was super small and cozy and just generally good vibes overall. Their performance was nothing to scoff at either -- their moody, dream-like sound really set the tone for the night. My friend got to talk to Cat and Andi for a while too so i'm happy about that. The opening band Xinxin was also *stellar*. The bassist and the drummer absolutely kicked ass that night, and keyboard went insane on that stage as well. the lead was super charismatic and just a great personality on stage. They all seem like a really cool bunch, hope they go far. I also bought a sticker from them, was a tad bit late to buy a CD, though </3. Maybe next time. If you're reading this around when this was posted, i embedded their latest single on the homepage. i implore you to give it a listen, they're super fun to listen to :)
i suppose that closes off the first blog post? do people write outtros for their blogs? i dont know. A new one should be posted soon later in the day hopefully. Have a good day/night/evening
weew okay. that was a while. jesus.
im not one to make really big blog posts or whatever, but i suppose i'll make an exception for now.
hi. hello. i'm back from my approximately one year hiatus. i genuinely dont know what happened there. i suppose it's some mix of depression, college kicking into high gear, and me simply being disinterested in most of my other auxiliary interests for a long while now (really pairs nice with the depression, doesn't it.)
for those who aren't in the know, i did move my page over from neocities all the way over to nekoweb! i'll try to maintain both instances at once but i do think this will be much more beneficial for me as a person since nekoweb just has wayyy more useful tools n such. there's also that thing about the dude who runs neocities bein a big ol ai supporter which sucks, but i think it's just time for a change regardless.
i dont have much to say in this blog other than i'm not done with the site yet, it still requires some polish and stuff before it looks as clean as it can get. after that i hope to add more stuff about some of my new interests (cough, final fantasy 14) and probably finish some of the other projects i started that i never finished. (doesn't help that my old ssd kicked the bucket, though.)
that's it for now i suppose. you guys take care, and hopefully i can get some substantial updates up by the end of the week.
